The Biggest Week in American Birding is a 10-day festival in northwest Ohio, known as the Warbler Capital of the World. The 2022 festival takes place May 6 – 15.
Bird lovers congregate at this event to witness the spring songbird migration and enjoy bird identification workshops, guided birding trips, daily walks at the world famous Magee Marsh, presentations, a Birder’s Marketplace, and evening socials.
The event is organized by Black Swamp Bird Observatory which is located at the entrance to Magee Marsh Wildlife Area – a famous hot spot for birding, particularly for watching migrating warblers.
